1. Industry Leading 10 Year Installation Warranty
Our goal is to make sure you won’t ever need to use your Pinnacle Roofing workmanship warranty, but isn’t it nice to know that we’ll take care of any installation issues for 10 years? We are locally owned and operated since 2003, so our warranty actually means something, as we are an established and extremely reputable company – a fixture in the local business community for over 20 years.

2. Fully Licensed
The City of Kelowna has granted us a comprehensive business license. We hold all the other necessary requirements and certifications with WorkSafe BC, plus all the other suppliers and manufactures of the best roofing products in Canada. We are members of the local Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and Builders Association of British Columbia.

3. Workers Compensation Coverage
If an uninsured worker suffers an injury on your home or property, as the homeowner you could be partially liable. Take that worry off your mind… our workers are all insured, have all the safety gear, traning and support. We are glad to give you a current clearance letter to show that our certified installers are covered by Workers’ Compensation WCB.

4. Outstanding Safety Record
We employ a full-time safety coordinator that visits all our sites almost daily. We work closely with WCB to improve our safety program, and keep our field workers up-to-date with the latest tool box issues, training, first aid, safety gear and support.

5. Liability Insurance
To protect you and your neighbours from any property or injury damages, Pinnacle Roofing holds the necessary liability insurance to be sure your home and property are protected. We come accross several companies that have insufficient coverage and plenty others that have absolutly no coverage. Shocking, but true, this business neglect unfortunatly can leave the homeowner extremly exposed.

6. We follow the Canadian Building Code
To guarantee that the roof system of your house is installed for properly, we abide by the requirements of the British Columbia Building Code and follow all outlined installation guidelines provided by our product suppliers and governing bodies. Failure to adhere to the code, may cause issues with the roof and even void the shingle manufacturer’s guarantee.

7. Weather Protection
Inclement weather is never allowed to come into contact with your house. The weather in the Okanagan is erratic, and we know that we can’t afford to take any risks with your home. Only the portion of your roof we think we can reinstall in a single day is removed. At night, if there are any exposed sections, we cover them with synthetic underlay and waterproofing.

8. We DO NOT Overbook
We schedule around days missed due to inclement weather. To avoid keeping you waiting and wondering, we only plan installations that we can complete. Installers never move on to another job, until your project is completed.

9. No Outstanding Issues
Yes, even the best people periodically make mistakes. We limit issues by having all our roof installations inspected by a company manager. Even though we take every precaution to prevent errors, if they do occur, we are here to put things right. We have a full time service department and our customers see the value in this. Many other roofing companies come and go, and so their warranty means very little. We’ve been here in Kelowna since 2003, and stand behind our workmanship. We are one of only a few residential and small commercial roofing companies in the Valley, that have our own full-time metal shop that creates all of our own custom metal flashing, for all the different roofing needs that we find on our jobs.

13.You Don’t Pay ‘In Full’ Until The Job Is Complete
We don’t believe in collecting payments in advance for work that hasn’t yet been done. We only invoice for the completed work. Be very skeptical of any companies that require large deposits or money up-front, it may be a scam or that company doesn’t have enough operating capital to buy the required material for your job.
